We distribute genuine Castrol industrial lubricants, coolants, hydraulic oils, gear oils, and greases. We also provide CoolantCare coolant condition monitoring services and technical support. All products are subject to availability and manufacturer specifications.
Quotations provided are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and are subject to product availability. Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly mentioned. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on product and delivery location.
Standard delivery within Andhra Pradesh is 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and stock availability. Risk of goods transfers to the buyer upon delivery. Delivery charges may apply based on order value and location.
Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order. We accept bank transfers, cheques, and online payments. GST-compliant invoices are provided for all transactions. Credit terms may be offered to established customers upon approval.
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Warranty claims are handled as per Castrol manufacturer policies.
CoolantCare services are provided on a scheduled basis as agreed with the client. Service reports and recommendations are advisory in nature. Implementation of recommendations is at the client's discretion. Service fees are as per the agreed schedule.
