Our Castrol industrial appointment covers Andhra Pradesh and we supply Telangana from the same range; Karnataka accounts are served as direct shipments from our Bhimavaram warehouse. That model suits specialty grades that are not held in routine local stock. It is not the right model for commodity volumes on a short cycle — for those a Karnataka-appointed distributor will serve you better, and we will tell you so.
Buy locally when the grade is common and the cycle is short. Come to us when the grade is not held locally — NSF H1 Optileb, Anvol fire-resistant hydraulics, Iloquench quench oils, Molub-Alloy and Tribol specialty greases, aluminium-specific coolant chemistry — or when what you actually need is the technical work behind the choice rather than a price against a part number. Most Karnataka enquiries we take are the second kind.
