Castrol Molub-Alloy assembly pastes — formerly sold as Castrol Optimol — for thread anti-seize, friction control and assembly work. Molub-Alloy Paste White T is the white assembly paste to 250°C, Paste MF runs to 1,100°C for screw connections and spark-plug threads, and Paste PL is the high-pressure grade for press fits and pressurised sliding points. Critical for stud and bolt threads exposed to corrosion or heat, where recovering a seized joint costs far more than the paste ever did.
